Information which can be found on this website includes the Rules of Procedure of the Tribunal and Practice Directions in relation to the use of technology and remote hearing, the time limits which will apply to each step of the determination hearing and recording of Tribunal proceedings. You will also find details of the process involved in making a claim to the Tribunal, both in relation to claims which are already the subject of proceedings before a Court and those which are not.
